The Grad Games

These Official Rules govern participation in "The Grad Games" (the "Challenge") hosted by GradLaunch AI ("Sponsor"). By participating, you agree to these rules in full.

The Grad Games is sponsored by Keaton Mineau, operating as GradLaunch AI, based in Eugene, Oregon.

GradLaunch AI is not currently a registered legal entity; this Challenge is run by Keaton Mineau in an individual capacity.

Open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, contractors, or immediate family of the Sponsor are not eligible to win prizes but may participate for engagement purposes.

Void where prohibited by law.

The Challenge begins July 2, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern and ends August 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern.

All XP earned outside this window does not count toward final standings.

XP resets to zero at the start of the Challenge Period for all participants.

Daily games reset at midnight in your local timezone.

Accept these Official Rules and join The Grad Games.

Play the available daily mini-games (e.g., Role Word, Career Match, Career Pinpoint, Daily Interview).

Each participant may play each mini-game a maximum of once per calendar day.

Correct answers and performance earn XP points on a live public leaderboard.

No purchase, payment, or fee is required to enter or participate at any point.

Winners are determined by final XP ranking on the live leaderboard when the Challenge Period ends.

1st place: highest total XP. 2nd place: second-highest. 3rd place: third-highest.

Tie-breaker: in the event of a tie, a championship round may be held.

This is a skill-based competition; outcomes are determined by participant performance, not chance.

1st place: $100 USD Amazon Gift Card (ARV $100.00).

2nd place: $25 USD Amazon Gift Card (ARV $25.00).

3rd place: $25 USD Amazon Gift Card (ARV $25.00).

Prizes are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and may be substituted at Sponsor's discretion with a prize of equal or greater value if unavailable.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible participants and their performance.

Winners will be notified via the email on their GradLaunch AI account within 2 days of Challenge end.

Prizes will be delivered electronically within 48 hours of winner confirmation.

Winners may be required to confirm eligibility (age, account validity) before prize delivery.

If a winner cannot be reached within 7 days, Sponsor may disqualify that winner and award the prize to the next-highest eligible participant.

Each participant may maintain only one account.

Use of multiple accounts, bots, scripts, or automated means to earn XP is prohibited and may result in disqualification without notice.

Sponsor may disqualify any participant who cheats, exploits bugs, manipulates the leaderboard, operates multiple accounts, or violates these rules or applicable law.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, downtime, errors in XP calculation or leaderboard display, lost prize notifications, or injury or damage arising from participation.

Sponsor may cancel, suspend, modify, or extend the Challenge at any time without liability to participants.

Information collected during the Challenge will be used to administer the Challenge and communicate with participants, per GradLaunch AI's Privacy Policy.

These Official Rules are the entire agreement between participants and Sponsor regarding the Challenge.

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
