What we built, and why
Mission
Every student deserves a plan built around them
Not a worksheet, not a personality quiz, not a list of careers sorted alphabetically. Rather, a conversation that works out what a student actually wants and needs, and a path that follows the answer wherever it may go: college, trade, work, military, or still deciding. What they say there sets up everything else they touch here, and it keeps moving as they do, because a plan a sixteen year old cannot change is not a plan, it is a prediction.
Vision
No student graduates without a next step
Ask a senior what they are doing next and most of them shrug, not because they do not care but because nobody ever sat down and worked it out with them. We want that question to have a real answer: the place, the program or the job, and the date it starts. A student who walks into the next chapter on purpose, instead of arriving there hoping.
