What does a free account actually get?
Everything with a deadline stays uncapped: your entire college list, checklists, recommenders, activities, and scholarships. The AI is metered rather than withheld. You can have 3 chats at a time, 5 voice minutes a month, 3 resume requests a week, 2 cover letters a month, and a career path 3 stages deep. Match scores, cost estimates, the full ATS breakdown, a saved resume, and connected accounts are Pro features.
What happens when a student hits a free limit?
The tool says which limit it was and when it resets, and nothing they have written is touched. Weekly limits reset Monday, monthly ones on the first. Every new account also gets a full trial of Pro when it signs up, so nobody meets a ceiling in their first fortnight.
How is a school price worked out?
Per student, for the full school year, against the features you turn on. There is no base package, so a school that only wants career readiness is not paying for the college hub. Anything you need built that we do not have yet is quoted alongside the rest.

Can we pay by purchase order?
Yes, and most do. We invoice annually against your purchase order on your terms, usually within 30 days. There is no credit card and no automatic renewal to remember to stop.
What happens if our invoice is late?
Nothing switches off. An invoice outstanding is a phone call with your business office, not a reason to take a college application tracker away from a senior in October.
Can we start with one campus?
Yes. Districts often pilot at one high school and add campuses at renewal. The quote is priced for the campuses you start with, not the whole district.
Do students keep their work if the contract ends?
Yes. They move to the free tier, and everything they wrote, including essays, drafts, and college lists, stays theirs. The free limits apply only to what the AI will do next, never to work a student has already written.
What do school staff see?
A caseload ranked by who is closest to missing something, and how far along each student is. Staff see that an essay is being worked on, never the draft itself.
What do you do with student data?
It stays yours. We do not sell it, we do not train AI models on student essays, and student writing is private. We will sign your district data privacy agreement.
