1. Agreement
By using GradLaunch AI (the website, Chrome extension, or related services), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
GradLaunch provides career planning and job-application tools including personalized roadmaps, job fit scoring, resume and cover letter generation, application autofill, and AI chat. Features may require an account and, for some tools, a paid subscription.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. The service is designed for students and early-career job seekers.
4. Accounts & acceptable use
You are responsible for your account credentials. Do not share access, scrape the service, reverse-engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before submitting applications.
5. Subscriptions & payments
Paid plans renew until cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout. Refunds follow our stated refund policy and applicable law. Cancel anytime through account billing settings.
6. AI-generated content
Resumes, cover letters, chat responses, and autofill answers are generated by AI and may contain errors. You must verify accuracy and truthfulness before use. GradLaunch does not guarantee interviews, offers, or hiring outcomes.
7. Not professional advice
GradLaunch is an informational tool, not legal, financial, or career counseling. You are solely responsible for career decisions and for verifying job posting details.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GradLaunch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months or $100.
