GradLaunchAi provides career planning tools for college students, including personalized roadmaps, job listings, and contact suggestions. The Service is intended for users with valid .edu email addresses.

3. Eligibility

You must be a current or prospective college student with a valid .edu email address to use the Service. You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).

4. Subscription and Payment

Paid features are billed monthly at the rate stated at the time of sign-up. Payments are recurring until you cancel. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or the billing portal.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by sharing account access, scraping data, or using the Service for any illegal purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.

GradLaunchAi is a career planning and information tool only. It is not career advice, legal advice, financial advice, or any other form of professional advice. The roadmaps, job listings, contact suggestions, and other content we provide are for informational and planning purposes only. We do not guarantee any particular outcome—including but not limited to obtaining a job, internship, or offer—and we are not responsible for decisions you make or results you do or do not achieve based on your use of the Service. You are solely responsible for your career choices and for verifying any information before relying on it. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GradLaunchAi and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, opportunities, or data, arising from your use of the Service or your reliance on any content we provide. We are not liable for outcomes related to your career, job search, applications, or any third-party actions. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is less. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
